Adding Records and Other Data to Reports

Clinical data from records displayed in CVCommunity Viewer can be added to a report in the Report Builder. This page provides details for the following tasks:

• Adding Multiple Records with EZ Select
• Adding One Record
• Adding Only Record Details or Notes
• Adding Patient Demographics
• Using the Report Builder in Accessible Theme
• Adding Records and Other Data to Reports in Accessible Theme

Actions within widgets to add patient data can be performed when the Report Builder is open on the Patient Portal or when the Report Builder is closed. CV enforces a maximum number of 50 records per report. A message appears when this limit is reached.
